The Garden Club of Oakmont again presents its annual plant sale on Saturday, May 11, 2019, the day before Mother’s Day, from 9:00am to 3:00pm in Hoffstot’s parking lot on Allegheny Avenue. Get a start on early planting,
find a special and unique gift or treat yourself to a wide variety of plants, flowers, and vegetables, including tomatoes. There will be hanging baskets, annuals and perennials, lettuce and herb bowls, and beautiful specimens from our own gardens. These are well-established perennial plants that have thrived locally. Many are items you will not find anywhere else and all are at wonderful prices.
We’ve also done some planting for you, with flower-filled containers, many unique, for the perfect Mother’s Day gift or bright addition to the home. Sometimes we are lucky enough to get fresh-picked asparagus, a sure harbinger of Spring, and a delicious treat! The Garden Club of Oakmont can accept payment in cash, checks or credit cards.
